Rachel Neenan is a Research Associate for Behavioral Health and Health Policy. She brings 4 years of experience conducting research and analyses in the areas of nutrition and health policy. She began her career conducting research for a local WIC agency and remains passionate about reducing disparities in maternal and child health. She is also dedicated to improving health care delivery, safety, and patient experience and develops analytic plans and interview protocols that focus on these topics. She is skilled in project management and both qualitative and quantitative methods, and contributes to data collection, analysis, and report writing. Neenan supports projects for CMS, USDA FNS, and DoD.
